More Accurate Shipping Costs Are Now Available

We're updating shipping calculations in the Carbon Shop to provide more accurate shipping costs based on real-time carrier pricing and Carbon's negotiated shipping rates.

What This Means for You

Shipping charges displayed during checkout will more closely reflect actual shipping costs for your order.

Depending on:

• Product type
• Order quantity
• Shipping method selected
• Delivery destination

You may see shipping costs shift depending on your order, though in most cases customers will experience lower shipping costs.

Prefer to Use Your Own Shipping Account?

No problem.

Customers may continue to provide their own FedEx or UPS account number during the ordering process. When using your own carrier account, shipping charges will be billed directly through your carrier relationship and pricing agreement.

Our Goal

This update is expected to improve transparency and accuracy of shipping charge estimates for the services selected for each order while also giving you the  flexibility to use either Carbon's negotiated rates or your own carrier account.
